Roots of Stillness is a guided wellness journey designed for deep restoration and inner balance. It takes you through Bhutan’s sacred landscapes, combining meditation, yoga, forest immersion, and traditional healing practices with mindful cultural encounters. From silent monastery visits to riverside grounding rituals and mountain sunrise yoga, every experience is designed to slow time, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with stillness.

Arrive at Paro and drive to Thimphu (approx. 1 hour).
Enroute or upon arrival:
Memorial Chorten – mindful circumambulation with locals
Welcome circle & intention-setting ritual
Gentle breathwork for altitude adjustment

Morning:
Sunrise yoga session
Guided calm-abiding meditation
Buddha Dordenma – silent contemplation session
Afternoon:
Visit Bhutan Institute of Wellbeing, Tshaluna for meditation and contemplative practices, and inspirational talks and discussion on life and living.
