The process, step by step
- Browse tours or hotels. Explore tour packages or hotels listed by verified Bhutanese operators and hoteliers.
- Select a tour operator or hotelier. Each listing shows who actually runs the trip or property — read their profile, reviews and what's included.
- View their profile. Check what other tours or rooms they offer, their contact details, and their track record on the platform.
- Submit an enquiry. Use the "Enquire Now" form on any tour or hotel page — no payment is taken at this stage.
- The enquiry reaches the operator directly. Your message, dates and traveller details are sent straight to the relevant operator or hotelier's inbox — see how your enquiry works.
- The operator or hotelier replies to you directly. They'll typically follow up by email or WhatsApp with a tailored itinerary, availability and pricing.
- You receive full itinerary, pricing and trip details. This is your chance to ask questions, request changes, or compare against other operators.
- Booking and payment are arranged directly with the operator. Deposit terms, payment methods and cancellation policies are set by the individual operator or hotelier, not by Host Your Tour.
- Host Your Tour's role is to connect you with a verified, listed Bhutanese business — the actual tour or stay is delivered and managed by that operator or hotelier, exactly as it would be if you'd found them independently.
