- Arrival at Paro International Airport (PBH)
- Welcome by guide and driver; transfer to Thimphu ( approx. 1.0- 1.5 hours) drive.
- Check-in at a quiet hotel or resort.
- Leisurely evening: Gentle stroll in Thimphu town, adapt to the altitude, relax with a walk along the river or a light massage.
- Overnight: Thimphu
- Meals: Dinner
- Morning meditation at Dodeydra/Phajoding area
- Dodeydra (site of monastic learning and meditation; peaceful hillside setting) or visit Phajoding Monastery.
- Visit Tango Monastery
- Short scenic hike to this forested spiritual centre north of Thimphu.
- Tashichho Dzong and Buddha Dordenma
- Quiet time at the Dzong's courtyards and the giant Buddha statue with beautiful valley views.
